Here’s what you need to get started ASAP:
-Pillsbury crescent rounds
-Peanut butter
-Canola oil
-Powdered sugar
-Parchment paper
Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, placing individual rounded tablespoons of peanut butter onto it.
Put the baking sheet in the freezer until the peanut butter is frozen.
Once the peanut butter is ready, roll out the dough and make 2” circles. You’ll end up with around 15 circles.

Place the frozen peanut butter balls into the center of each dough circle, wrapping the dough around the peanut butter completely. Put the wrapped peanut butter balls back into the freezer.

Heat a pot of oil to 350°F. When the oil is ready, place one or two balls gently into the oil and fry them until they’re golden brown on all sides.

As you remove the peanut butter balls from the heat, transfer them to a dish lined with paper towels to dry the excess oil.

Lastly, dust the balls with powdered sugar, and serve while they’re still warm!
