Jen from I Heart Organizing wanted a BIG utility basket for her guest room, but the price of a store-bought basket was a bit steep for her guest bedroom budget. So instead of dropping $100 she went to the dollar store and bought a plastic laundry basket, spray-painted it white, and then wrapped/hot glued rope to it. Brilliant!
